The Portier Midtown Apartments

Love these new apartments! My partner and I moved in a couple of months ago and it has been very pleasant. Then staff is amazing and welcoming. The amenities are TOP TIER! My favorite amenity is the GYM! Best gym I’ve ever worked out in. So far all the tenants that have moved in are kind and respectful. They cater to fur babies as well. My baby loves it! Dog park and pet spa and she’s living her best life!

I've lived all over the country, but the Portier at Midtown beats them all, hands down. Pam and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way. The amenities are amazing; the pool area is unbelievable, and I can't wait to use it! The mail facility is very secure. They have the nicest gym I've ever seen in an apartment complex, with brand new, top of the line equipment - I have used it several times. The security just FEELS right; it's well-lit and feels very safe, and that's so important. My apartment is lovely and feels luxurious. You can absolutely not go wrong living here. Call or visit, and they will treat you like a star!

This apartment complex was absolutely breathtaking, nice amenities and in a convenient area. I thank India for a great tour. She was amazing.

Pam Greenwood the community manager gave us an excellent walk thru view of the property these apartments are amazing The essentials have everything that I need even things I didn’t think of that were added. I cannot wait to move in. They have excellent move-in discounts. I was even treated with a beverage just for my walk-through. The landscaping is wonderful. The apartments themselves are exquisite the amenities that they’ve added I have everything that I need the only thing I need to move in with his furniture. I love the business space that’s provided. I love the gathering station that’s provided with free coffee. I love love love the pool the bathroom with the walk-in shower and the marble backing is amazing. I cannot wait for My Husband and I to be able to move into these apartments.

My experience at the Portier Has been nothing short of amazing! I toured with a girl named Ava And she was super helpful and informational. The whole entire staff was friendly as a whole. There are amenities were Insane, I’m a huge gym guy and I’m glad I can cancel my gym membership because their fitness center was everything I needed and then some. Besides that they’re overall safety and at home feeling was the best.
