The Porter

This place is a literal dump. When Targa Real Estate was in charge it was mostly ok. Recently some company named Tecton Corp took over and the condition of the building and surrounding has steadily gone downhill. The carpets are filthy and never cleaned. Huge stains of god knows what throughout. The laundry room - yuck. Dirt all over the floor and machines. A lot of the residents contribute to the problems in the building. There’s a couple who are chainsmokers and will literally sit in front of the building all day smoking. Or constantly going in and out at late hours smoking. People leave trash in the hallways. There’s one apartment that always smells, and another who reeks of bad body odor. The fire alarm is always going off. The place is a dump yet they have the nerve to be charging

Seems to be a nice place.
