The Port House

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Living at The Port House has been such a great and relaxing experience! The office team is awesome—Riley (the manager) and Nicole (assistant manager) are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Micaela in the leasing office is fantastic too and made everything easy and personalized from the start! Big shout-out to the maintenance team: Drew, Moose, and Mark are the best. They’re quick, reliable, and always do a great job whenever something comes up. Mark also always has a scooby snack ready for my pup! Overall, The Port House is well-run, welcoming, and everyone really feels like family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new home with a great team behind it!

I loved living at the Porthouse the amenities were beautiful (I also loved running around DI neighborhood/golf course) and the company did a great job putting on community events and fostering opportunities to get to know your neighbors! The management did a great job managing sound from upstairs neighbor. My dog loved the dog park too. I only wish the publix / only grocery on the island didn’t close a month into us living here.

We moved here from Boston in July and we were looking for an apartment complex that accommodated our needs, but most importantly provided safety and pet-friendly for our fur-baby golden retriever. The Port House has surpassed every and all expectations, with the building being newly built & the staff just over-all very attentive and almost always available. Management gets back to us about questions if not immediately- very quickly. All of the dogs here get along with our Georgie very well. It’s a perfect location. We are so happy about our move to the Port House and would greatly recommend it to all!

This is the first apartment me and boyfriend decided to move in together! My god we could have found a better apartment complex to live it! We found every amenity we wanted and more that we didn’t even know we wanted!! There are so many amazing things about the port house! As soon as we went for a tour we felt super welcomed. Then putting in application for apartment and getting it could not have been any easier! The staff is amazing and wonderful helped out with anything and everything they could! Even though we have only lived here a short time we have had the unfortunate circumstance of needing maintenance to come twice in the month we lived here!! The maintenance team was amazing super polite super welcoming and very responsive my first issue was paint chipped off a wall from a picture

Just moved to the port house with my wife and our dog and we love it. Destiny was great with helping us with our move, she was very informative and had all the answers we needed. Hunter, Riley and Nicole have made us all feel welcomed and our pup loves to visit them in the office. We can’t say enough about how great Mark and Drew were. They were professional, and took care of every concern we had immediately. Olivia and Josh put on great community events and we can’t wait for the next one. We definitely recommend the port house to anyone who is looking and are happy to be part of the community.
