The Pointes at Downtown Crossing

I been living here for a couple of years now having few to minor issues I can honestly say the times I have reported any issues to Ms Tonya who oversees the maintenance department immediately sends out the work orders and in a matter of minutes less than an hour you can look forward to maintenance showing up and resolving the issues Ms Tonya even do follow up calls something a lot of apartment complex should be doing but don’t to make sure work orders have been completed and tenants are satisfied

I live out here and I have always had a great Report with all of the staff. They find ways to try and work with your situation no matter what it is. I personally think it’s a wonderful place to live spacious rooms and great room to bathroom ratios! I also want to highlight all 3 of the ladies that work in front office, not saying names because this is a review on the internet, Anyways thank you for 6 great years at your Rental Property. You guys keep up the good work.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Burn this place to the ground. It's awful. My mom has it here for a few years. No more. We found a better place for just $200. More a month. The pool's always open. No maintenance issues. If there is they come fix them fast. This place is full of roaches. It's awful. Nobody should have to live like this

Management is horrible with getting things fixed. I have broken items in the home that have been reported since 2016 and not fixed. I have two kids in the home and they seem not to care. I HAVE MANY ISSUES FROM CLOGGED KITCHEN SINK, TOILET SWEATING, BROKEN SHOWER, HANGING VENT IN THE CEILING, BROKEN LIGHT SWITCH , ETC. I work hard to keep a roof over our head and I'm paying rent to come in a horrible apartment daily. 7/14/18 left a voicemail and sent an email for things that needed to be fixed. 8/10/18 office came in day later to replace toilets, the day they were suppose to come they didn't. Came home to my belongings moved around the house thinking an intruder was inside my home until i realized the new toilets. my belongings were not put back where they were found after bringing in n

Me and my daughter moved in our apartment in May 2018 we thought it was a nice place but know the kids and teenagers are Disrespectful and just plain mean!!!! My car was vandalized I have went and talked to the management but not getting anything????? I just don’t feel safe they don’t want to understand??? why can’t anyone help me??????
