So many things wrong with this place and the management. The thing that always gets me is the dumpsters. They have 2 dumpsters for the whole complex and they’re always overflowing. Live somewhere else, Copper Beech is great. Update: Every time I think this place isn’t that bad, the management does something worse. Please don’t live here.

WiFi has been down for almost a week, everytime we submit a ticket they claim it’s back up and do nothing else about it. Student housing and can’t do my assignments.

Maintenance has on been on point! Completing work orders efficiently

*CURRENT TENANT* My roommates and I have been contacting management to find out when the gym and clubhouse will be available. We were told that it is under construction because it was broken into… we are paying $575 a month before utilities. We signed a lease that stated we would have access to the amenities, and have not been able to use them. Other reviews from previous tenants say that the clubhouse has never been finished… super frustrating. Will not be resigning.

The management is awful, they do not respond to emails or phone calls. They take all of your security deposit for “cleaning” and never give you a real reason why.
