The Pointe at Stockbridge

Did a work order the day before yesterday for four different concerns. Randall came out the next day to fix. Then today the carpet company came to address my other concern. I appreciate the quick response! Randall has always been polite and professional anytime he’s had to come by. I also appreciate the way he takes time to explain what he’s doing or why.

We moved into our apartment on March 27th. Management was aware the apartment was NOT cleaned and assured us that it be cleaned before we moved in. However, when the movers got there there in the p.m. and started moving our stuff in the apartment was not not cleaned. Management were very irate and rude and stated we don’t need to get the police involved! We had a signed lease! We were in the office to pay the fee! The portal was NOT was NOT working!!! Management still refuse to clean the apartment, clean the carpet, replace the broken blinds, hood over oven filthy, dish dirty, dish washer dirty, washer dirty, dryer dirty, ceiling fans dusty, etc.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve been here since late 2022 and have had nothing but issues. The AC didn’t work for months during the summer and my apartment was 86° inside, nobody cared. I had a water leak in my shower which resulted in mold and the perosn below me lost their ceiling due to water damage, they simply painted over the mold. We had to basically BEG for our floor to be replaced due to the water damage. I had a hole in my wall for over a month from a contractor who put minimal pressure on it and it caved in form the water damage, was not a priority and the office staff “wasn’t aware”. The bathtub was resurfaced without notice and they let us use an empty apartment across the complex to shower in with no shower curtain. No working mailbox for over a month! This should be against the law! Had the post office put a hold on my mail (per the leasing office request). Had to go pick up my mail from the post office myself (very inconvenient) they only allow you to do this for a month. Fast forward to now, when I go to the front office to complain, they could care less. Rent here is too expensive for the quality of service. My guest bathroom door won't close yet again. This will be the third or fourth time putting a work order in for the door. They won't replace the door, they keep patching up the door being cheap! I pay entirely too much in rent. Can't wait until this lease is up. Do not move here!

If i could put a 0 i would there very unprofessional me and my partner lived here for about 7 months there was black mold growing also always had leaking pipes they would take forever to come fix!!!! the dish washer was moldy stank because they wouldn’t fix it so the water wouldn’t drain then the sink always had a leaking problem and the wood underneath was legit rotten!! they had a emergency once from down stairs saying there was a leak from the bathroom in the bedrooms bathroom they made a huge hole in the wall and took about a month almost two to come fix it we couldn’t go in to that bathroom and only had to use the other one because the mold smell was horrible and legit made me sick they need better workers and they also need to fix the way they run a business they also always had
