The Pointe at Myrtle Beach

Great apartments but TERRIBLE location. Having the Collin’s right beside us has been the worst as my gfs car was broken into. She has a coworker who lives in the Collin’s and her DAUGHTER found my gfs belongings in their apartment complex. This is a big issue and we are SERIOULSY debating on moving to a safer neighborhood.

I've lived here at The Pointe for 2 years now. By far..... The Pointe is the most fantastic Apartment Complex I've ever seen. Each person in the Office & Maintenance cares tremendously about the grounds, and most importantly, the residents. All Maintenance requests are handled ASAP and performed thoroughly. The Apartments are tastefully appointed and kept in top-notch condition. It's absolutely worth living here & you won't be disappointed! :-)

A friend just moved in. She showed me her place. It's very nice. She is very happy so far.

The management team at the Pointe is the best I have ever experienced. April and Mikayla do an amazing job maintaining a fantastic place to live. Ronnie and the maintenance team are the best in the business. Any maintenance request is handled almost immediately. After almost 4 years of living at the Pointe, I couldn't be happier and recommend it to anyone looking for a professionally run, beautiful place to live.

Manager is lazy wouldn't even verify a complaint before calling the resident. Photo of items was taken days before she called us and one of the items I personally help loaded into someone car and the other was pull the next day. So she calls and harrass us without even knowing if the items where still there. Lazy wont answer calls. Village green management was informed about the matter but she shrugged it off and gave me answers as if she was covering for her employee that has anger issues.
