The Pointe Apartment Homes

I went 3 months without any hot water at all, reminding the management constantly, until I was forced to be annoying and rude. I was told every excuse for maintenance. When they did come in, they put in an old unit from another apartment that didn’t work. Another week later, came in to change the the temperature which didn’t work. He left black handprints on everything, cracked the entire counter top. When sent a picture of it to management she says oh it just needs to be screwed back together. Never heard anything back from her. Electricity is surging constantly. I hope the place don’t catch on fire.

My husband and I have been with The Pointe for about 2 years now and every year that our lease comes up, with no doubt we renew it. The amenities and maintenance are more than we can ask for. Although it is just an apartment home, the staff is what makes it feel like home. They are quick to act, easy to communicate with and truly care about the patrons and their pets. We absolutely love all the events they host, the care they have for every person and the upkeep on amenities such as the pool and gym and much more. I very much enjoyed my tour at Pointe Apartments. The apartments are well maintained, and the property is animal friendly, as I noticed a lot of residents walking dogs, as well as dog bag cleanup stations around the entire property. There’s a small playground for children, a pool and a gym for resident use. As for the office staff, I’m happy to say that they’re good at what they do, pleasant to speak with and quick to assist you in any needs you have. This is definitely a great option for those looking to rent in Gautier

The Pointe Apartments have been my home for the past 7 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are kind, quick, and attentive. When an issue occurs they solve the problem in a timely manner. The grounds are kept clean and the apartments are kept up to date.

The apartments are beautiful, . The lawns are always maintained. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Before I moved here I lived 3 hours away and they helped my family and I so much too ease our minds with the moving process. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The pool is always clean and the gym is also always clean. The office and maintenance staff are great people and have always helped me with anything that my family and I have needed. With any apartments complex you choose to live there is always problems but as long as you have great staff it makes living there will worth it.
