The Point at Town Center

I’ve had a great experience living at The Point at Town Center. The front office staff is always welcoming and helpful, and Elliot in particular truly stands out. He is consistently kind, patient, and goes out of his way to make sure any questions or concerns are handled smoothly. Maintenance has also been excellent! Requests are addressed quickly and the team is always professional and helpful when they come by. It really makes a difference living somewhere where you feel supported and taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend The Point at Town Center to anyone looking for a well-managed community with great staff.

I have lived at the Point for over a year now and I can proudly say this has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! (which is saying a lot since i've moved so many dang times!) The apartments themselves are very new, modern, clean, and well maintained. The apartments are very aesthetic, but also everything functions well too. The maintenance team here is really on top of their game, and if you put in a request to get something fixed I've never had to wait more than 24 hours to get the request completely resolved and often times, it has been attended to in just a matter of hours. The residents here are all great people, and the common spaces here are all very well maintained and manicured. I lived here for almost 7 months. The apartment was spacious and modern, and the compound’s location is very convenient and close to all daily needs. I was even able to walk to my dental clinic. Honestly, I was planning to live here again, but I had an issue with them regarding the security deposit, which initially made me hesitant to deal with them again. However, the issue was resolved later, and I am satisfied with the final solution.

I LOVE IT HERE!! My fiancé and I moved from Austin Tx and signed our lease while in TX. My fiancé did come to Jax for a few days to tour The Point and 7 other complexes in the area, and living at The Point was a no brainer. Elliott was and still is so unbelievably helpful and kind! The maintenance team is also incredible and so diligent and friendly. Highly highly recommend!

My husband and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with The Point at Town Center. We moved here from a different state and our leasing agent, Elliot, was so pleasant during the whole process and is absolutely amazing. The property manager, Whitney, is such an awesome person and Tiffany, the assistant manager, is super friendly. They make a great team and make the residents feel very welcomed and special. I love the interaction with them all including the maintenance crew. We couldn’t be happier to be part of this beautiful property.
