The Point at Tamaya

I searched for a place for almost a year - all signs concluded at The Pointe at Tamaya. It was the ONLY property that checked all the boxes of my requirements. Although the property is beautiful, the "seal the deal" for me was the staff. Holly, Justin, and Stephanie are the most helpful, friendly, patient people on the planet. They have integrity and value people over policy. I plan to stay for about a year, but who knows - this may become my forever home.

I’ve had such a positive experience living here! The apartments are modern, well-kept, and spacious, and the community is always clean and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. And the location is super convenient.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and absolutely recommend others live here as well. Jax has more and more apartment communities being built as this city becomes busier, but several things make this a standout property that is worth considering if the website and apartment details haven't already convinced you: 1. Leasing office: The staff is readily available and able to answer your concerns and questions. My sister recently went on an apartment hunt and I called some places that did not answer despite being open and making numerous calls. 2. Maintenance: This is huge. They are ALWAYS responsive, respectful of your time, and courteous. I previously lived at a property where it was extremely difficult to get maintenance to ever respond to your needs. 3. The first week I moved in my AC shut off. During that time the staff 100% stepped up and had my back. They consistently called and updated me on the status of my AC, set me up with a mobile AC unit while I waited, and profusely apologized. The matter was fixed within days and I am thankful that the staff worked so quickly and efficiently all while being kind.

I only have great things to say about this community. The workers are wonderful. They really care about their work and the community. The maintenance workers are always on point. The front office and administrative staff and are always in communication with the tenants. The tenants are very friendly and look out for one another. The community is within minutes of beaches, shopping centers and malls. If you’re looking for a true sense of community, look no further. I highly recommend The Point of Tamaya.
