The Point at Reston

I recently moved out of The Point at Reston due to relocating from the area after living there for almost two years, and I truly have no complaints. The community is nice, safe, and very quiet. If you’re looking for tranquility, this is definitely a great place to live. Regarding noise, we had no issues at all. We lived on the first floor, and the building construction is solid—ground, first, second, and (I believe) third floors are concrete—so we never heard noise from neighbors or the highway. The amenities are well maintained. The gym is nice, though I would love to see a few EZ bars and heavier lifting machines added someday (just a friendly suggestion!). If you want an oasis away from your chaotic life, this is the place to live! Beside our lovely apartment and all of the amenities (3 gyms, the game room, the pool and courtyard areas to relax in, the dog spa, the quiet rooms, the rooms to hold parties and more), the staff is incredible! As I have told the staff several times, I feel like I am on a permanent vacation. I only gave The Point at Reston 5 stars because there weren’t more stars to fill in!

My husband and I have been residents for almost 4 years. We truly love living here. The location is perfect for us, it’s quiet and local to many aspects of Reston that make it very accessible. I am close to my job so my commmute is easy which is a huge plus for us. We enjoy the amenities, I’m a big fan of the fitness facilities that are available so much that I will probably never have a gym membership as long as I’m living here! The decor is modern, it’s one of my favorite parts of living here - we always get compliments whenever we have guests over. Most importantly, the leasing staff is fantastic. We lived at The Point at Reston for one year and had a wonderful experience. The amenities were fantastic, the community was peaceful and well cared for, and the overall living experience exceeded our expectations.

The Point at Reston is a wonderful place to live. My girlfriend and I have lived for over a year and we are so happy it's our home. First, the front office staff is wonderful, especially Trea and Curtis. We're always happy to see them and they do an outstanding job making The Point a good place to live. The maintenance team is friendly and speedy, but haven't had to call them out much. The Point is built for dogs! We got ours three months into our first lease and she's loved every minute. Her favorite place is the dog park but there's also a well equipped paw spa on the first floor and lots of space around the neighborhood to walk and sprint. Our apartment is cozy and nicely balanced with wood and carpet. All of the appliances are new(ish) and even though we face out toward the neighbor
