The Point at Naples Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE. These people did not fix my ac for over a year. I found out its because they don't pay people like plumbers, etc when they have big issues their maintenance staff can't fix. There was a flood in the apartment above me and their solution was to put blowers in my apartment running 24/7. There were so many blowers that it kept tripping the electrical. No payment for clothes or furniture that got destroyed. Homeless people broke into the apartment next to mine at one point and it was ignored by management. The person speaking about the cockroaches is 100% telling the truth. Drug deals going on in plain sight regularly. They don't vet the people moving in so ICE was waiting a few mornings for people as I was leaving for work. People breaking open the mailboxes so mail it

This is a long review but please read! I first lived to the left of the club house for a year, there were so many roaches. I eventually got pregnant and did not want my son or my family to live there. The office kindly let us move to a different apartment in a different building where they was supposed to be no roaches. This time it was even worse!! I mean I’m the pantry in the kitchen they did not even clean the wall at the top. It was black and had dead roaches and roach poop on it. Then staff came and they just wiped it off and painted over it! I opened a cabinet to put away our things and there were 3 roaches crawling in the hinges. Nice apartment complex. Hard working staff, they were able to get me into the apartment early and everything was well done. Especially Valerie, she does an awesome job, real professional.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Every time you enter or exit the property, you will be greeted with trash and old furniture all over the property, Not to mention, the broken gates, the late pool parties, the teenagers driving around the complex at high speeds blasting music loudly very late at night, the filthy hallways covered in spider webs and bugs ... if you ever need maintenance, be aware there are only 2-3 team members than handle 200+ units. All of the leasing office members including the manager (Addary Alfonso) are unprofessional and difficult to deal with, they absolutely don't care about their residents and will literally steal from you on the way out. THIS is what you see as soon as you enter the property. Not to mention, the broken gate, and multiple people just walking into the complex and groups of teenagers roaming around. STAY away. May look nice online the property is AWFUL.
