The Point at Merrimack Valley

I moved here about 6 weeks ago and it's been great! Michael Rivera in the leasing office and Dave in maintenance are fantastic! They are quick to take care of any question or concern you may have. The area is clean, safe, pet friendly and a great location. The only thing I would change is adding visitor parking for overnight, but everything else is great!

I’d like to leave a compliment for the maintenance technician Steve who fixed my AC when I moved here two months ago. He arrived quickly, explained what he was doing, and had everything working smoothly in no time. It’s great having someone so reliable in the building.

Moved in a week ago and so far the place is fantastic, feels safe, has good amenities, location can’t be beat, and the management office is outstanding. Micheal and Mark never miss a beat. The appliances in the apartment are top of the line aswell. I moved in from Texas and didn’t get to tour before locking down a spot, but they provided me with measured dimensions and video tours to make the decision easier which was above and beyond. In regards to negatives, few if any, other than there was no bedroom light or way to get an overhead light which was something I had presumed would be there but missed on my virtual tour (By no means a real problem just to encourages to pay attention to what’s included in your unit). I’ve been living here for three years now and it has been the best experience so far. Last year it switched over from Loop 83 to the The Point at Merrimack Valley and they got new management. I have to say it’s been nothing short of amazing. Danielle, the assistant property manager is AMAZING! She is so genuine and kind, always super helpful and willing to talk. She welcomes my family with arms open making sure their safety is top priority. Alex, the property manager is also helpful and amicable. Dina, our wonderful cleaning lady keeps our community spotless, working tirelessly day in and day out. My kids adore her and look for her every morning. The whole management team does an awesome job and has always been very responsive and attentive. Maintenance requests are handled well and promptly. And the housekeeper works hard to keep the community very clean! Thanks everyone!
