The Point at Merrimack River

Moving into The Point at Merrimack River has been a great experience! From the very first day, the staff made me feel at home. Megan, Margarita, Emily and Tom are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about residents’ comfort. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with move-in logistics, or quickly resolving maintenance requests, their responsiveness and friendliness stand out. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that make daily living both comfortable and convenient. I especially love the accessibility to the Merrimack River—it adds a peaceful, relaxing vibe to the whole property. The apartments are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with natural light. I don’t live here but I just moved into another location but Megan and Margarita have been wonderful and so helpful!! I’m sure if you live in this property you will get the best care by people who truly want to make sure you feel welcome.

The Point at Merrimack River Andover is a beautiful apartment complex. Landscaping is fantastic and property has a pool, playground and dog park. Plenty of parking. People here are so friendly. My apartment is spacious with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and huge walk in closets. The leasing staff are wonderful-very personable, helpful and organized. This place is really great. I highly recommend it.

Just moved in and I have to say Megan made the process super easy! She answered all of my questions and either responded to my emails the same day or no later than 8am the following day; very refreshing! When it was time to pick up the keys, Mike greeted me with a smile and a gift bag! Really seems like the staff care about the tenants and fostering a close knit community! I’m going to enjoy living here!

I can’t express how wonderful it was to have Margarita & Megan in charge of this community. They have always been helpful with anything needed and always go the extra mile. The community wouldn’t be the same without both of you. Wish I could bring you two with me to my next move!
