The Point at Lakeside

Rewritten Review I had a tight timeline to secure an apartment because of work, and Nicole O. was fantastic at narrowing my options to two units that both met my needs and were ready for move-in. She provided all the information I needed to complete the process, and we signed the lease within a few days. The Point at Lakeside features warm, professional staff and a safe, quiet, gated community with numerous amenities nearby.

The place is incredibly beautiful! The installations are well maintained and everything is super clean! I love to live in here! And the lake is so peaceful and cute with ducks, fishes and tadpoles! I love my terrace with the lake view! And I love the pool! Also the staff is very professional and friendly 🙌

As of right now, I would say that the apartment complex is wonderful, and the staff is very pleasant, however, as of recent, there is an issue with the parking situation, it feels as though residents have been bringing in extra vehicles, This is causing an issue where no parking is available and people are now parking on the side of the “roadway” and blocking entrances. It would be nice to know if something is going to be done about this as I was under the assumption that vehicles would be towed in situations like these if they are not registered with the complex .

I visited The Point at Lakeside recently and really loved it. The place is super clean, well taken care of, and has a great vibe. The team is amazing — everyone was friendly and welcoming. Sylvain stood out especially: always smiling, enthusiastic, quick to help and really professional. It honestly made me want to live there!
