Best apartment in the area. Been here almost a year and they’ve never taken longer than 48 hours for a maintenance request, have always been friendly, and done the right things for us. Only issue is the location has some sketchy areas around it, but the apartment itself is fantastic for the price.

Good place to live. Good neighbors. Quiet. My only complaint is that the gym needs its equipment repaired, especially the treadmills. The only one that's working is already starting to break down. But other than that, I love the place.

I used to live here, like 3 years ago until they up the rent. It was a nice apartment. I remember my car getting broken into. And they tried to do something about the marijuana smoke coming into my apartment. They acted like they were scared to really do something about it. Other than that, I really didn't have any problems.

MUST READ 🚩: I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt as though it’s only right I share my experience. The complex looks great online with a modern gym and nice leasing office, but that’s where it ends. RED FLAG 1 🚩 When we arrived, the leasing agent was asleep at the desk SNORING LOUDLY. However he handled it professionally once we woke him, and let us know he had sleeping condition understandable but it was still a bad first impression. 🚩🚩 He told us he had the “perfect unit” ready for immediate move-in and sent us on a self-tour. Well… the second we opened the door, we were hit with a strong smell of cat urine, pests, and overall neglect. The carpet was so filthy it had turned from tan to black, and in some areas it was literally lifting off the floor. The kitchen had outdated applianc

My application experience was so great i came there with my two boys to apply and the customer service was great. Floyd S. Was so amazing, informative and helpful. I’m not sure if I’m approved yet or not but even if I wasn’t I would recommend this place . It was spacious and clean. Loved it.
