The Point at Arrowhead Apartments

I would like to give a shout out to two lovely ladies who work in the office, Lori the office manager, and Stephanie, a leasing agent. They are both very kind and friendly. Parker who works in maintenance is the best maintenance worker I have ever met. He is so nice and does a great job. He is very clean and dresses nice which is a plus. The exterminator is nice too. It really makes a difference when people are kind and make you feel at home. The neighbors are friendly too. It's quiet and peaceful.

everything was great until our apartment got flooded because of poor waterline maintenance which is shut off at least once a month. the pools are closed half the time. now they're raising the rent to 1900/month for a 2bed 1bath. no matter how many times you complain that someone is double parked they dont do anything about it. its great outside of that!

Absolutely fantastic place to live! It's so quiet. Two beautiful pools, laundry in unit and they also have a fitness center. But it is so clean! And plenty of space for children to play. The office staff are absolutely amazing. The maintenance are outstanding and incredibly fast. I would recommend this home to anyone. I love my home. I've been here for years and don't plan on going anywhere. I just couldn't be more pleased. It's truly a family oriented place.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. During my time there, I dealt with constant issues—mold being the worst. Despite repeated complaints, management failed to properly address the problem, leaving it to spread and worsen. The plumbing was also a nightmare—frequent leaks, poor drainage, and water that would back up randomly. Even worse, the environment was hostile. Some of the neighbors & staff were openly rude and racist, making the space feel unsafe and unwelcoming. It was clear that management had no interest in addressing these serious concerns. Save yourself the stress, money, and health risks. There are far better places to live.

This place is great. Move in was so easy. Applied on line and heard back 2 days later that I got the place. The unit is big for a one bedroom. Nice screened in balcony to relax on that leads to a nice grass area and I can have a cook out there. Unit comes with a washer dryer combo. All drawers and cabinet door are soft close. The shower has a curved rod for extra area. Management is great. They are responsive to any problem or fixes I have requested, 2 requests. Nice neighborhood and even though you are by a elementary school, can't hear the children playing. I am very happy here and plan on staying for a long time.
