The Point Apartments

If you're thinking of living at this apartment, DON'T. Constant issues, people don't take care of the building and neither does ACCU management. I've called them on multiple occasions and things like broken door handles, and front door security go unmaintained. Also packages go missing here. No surprise since the front door is always broken.

The Point Apartments rent a Apt on the West side of the facing the Street and you will have a great view of the sunset. It is very convenient place to live light rail is a Block away

They are a little rude, make you pay a mandatory nonrefundable app fee to be put on a waiting list (with no apartments available or guarantee your app will count towards an apartment) and the lady on the phone is weird about giving any information out about the apartments unless you give her your income information.

Nice space but homelessness poses a threat
