The Place at Fifth + Broadway

I’m BEYOND enjoying living at The Place at 5th & Broadway. The location is fantastic and the staff is always pleasant to work with. Faith, at the Concierge Desk is AMAZING. She’s always happy to answer questions or concerns, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll make sure to get you in contact with someone who does. All the staff is friendly. Anna, Britney, Max…. Definitely enjoying interacting with everyone on site.

The Place at Fifth + Broadway is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I originally moved here from out-of-state not knowing a single person, and now after nearly two years, I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is what initially sold me, but the staff is what has kept me here. ❤️ Everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. Brittany truly makes this place feel like home every single day with her infectious positive attitude and her astute, resourceful nature. Everyone loves her!!! And our new manager Tracy has been incredible—she consistently goes the extra mile to resolve issues and answer questions promptly. I move into The Place at Fifth & Broadway in February 2025 and will be moving out tomorrow after 8 months. Overall, a very positive experience managed by a truly wonderful team of people. I would strongly recommend The Place at Fifth & Broadway especially to a younger (below 40), single and nightlife oriented renter. The location is spectacular (for younger people and those who enjoy partying)- very close to Ryman Auditorium, the Bridgestone Arena, and all of the bars and clubs on Broadway. The building itself has seen some ups and downs (flooding from a broken pipe in March had resulted in repairs that continue today). The quality of construction is not what I am accustomed to in a high rise (coming from Miami and Chicago I am accustomed to better soundproofing) but the amenities are

⸻ ⭐️ DO NOT MOVE HERE — SERIOUS SAFETY, WATER INTRUSION, AND NEGLIGENCE ISSUES ⭐️ I live in a penthouse unit and experienced a major water intrusion event during the weekend at the beginning of Thanksgiving. The incident was categorized as a Category 2 water intrusion — dirty, foul-smelling water, not clean water. Management was alerted immediately. What followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. A vendor was sent out and falsely stated that they were returning daily to take moisture readings. That never happened. Despite a massive leak from the wall down into the floors, walls were not properly checked, floors were not properly checked, and remediation was grossly inadequate. This is a beautiful property. The staff was very helpful and always willing to listen. They took the time to listen to my questions and we're very polite. I highly recommend this property!!!
