The Pines of Wilmington

This is the first time I’ve ever lived in an apartment complex and I have to say it has been the best and most rewarding experience I’ve ever had living Anywhere the management is amazing very thoughtful, caring and loving always attentive to your needs and issues. You may have . And if you ever have any issues with your apartment, there are attended to promptly and respectfully. Every time I have gone to the office, I have always been Treated cordially and respectfully. I have also witnessed Others being treated the same way.

I'm a resident at The pines of Wilmington going on two years now. The property manager and the entire staff are extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. I have lived in a lot of places and the Pines is so far the best. Keep up the good work!

It's not as bad as people say. As far as apartment efficiency and design, it's what you want honestly. I'm not going to say the "people" out there is what makes others give it a bad name... I honestly have never had a bad experience.... People say "there are roaches everywhere", guys we are in the south and it's summer, half the bugs your seeing are water bugs and they are EVERYWHERE in this climate. It's just their habitat 🤷🤷. Landfall has water bugs and roaches just like campus edge or the pines. If you want a nice apartment for a fair price in a good location this is it!

I have been here 1 year this month. I am so very satisfied with our manager, she is always there keeps our place safe. She has a very tough job and I am glad we have her.

I would love to tell them about my state out here. I love the apartment itself, especially the kitchen and closet. Staff is wonderful, including maintence and office staff.
