The Pines of Rochester

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex, particularly given that it is marketed as a “luxury” community. Safety is a major concern. There is inadequate outdoor lighting, including a lack of functional streetlights, which makes walking the property at night feel unsafe. This issue has not been meaningfully addressed despite its obvious impact on resident safety. The grounds are also poorly maintained and unsanitary. Pet waste is consistently left throughout the property and in common areas, including the dog park. Cleaning and enforcement appear minimal or nonexistent, creating an unhealthy environment for residents and pets alike. I just moved up from Texas for work, and these are some nice new complexes that are extremely clean and awesome! And the staff was really nice and helpful! My unit is up on the third floor with one hell of a view, super quiet and peaceful! I'm thankful that I was able to get a spot here during my stay in Minnesota! Cheers!

I am a new grad nurse who will be working at Mayo Clinic starting August. I was experiencing a lot of stress about relocating from St. Paul to Rochester and finding a new place to call home. Unlike the other places I toured, the staff at The Pines of Rochester were very helpful and informative. Taylor was extremely friendly and prepared for my tour. I appreciated her communication skills the most. She responded and answered every question that I had in a timely manner. The application process was easy and quick. I am so grateful for everyone that was apart of helping me find a new home. Best property management team! I cannot wait to move in!

I believe that this is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. I love the convenience of the garage parking (underground) and not having to worry about whether or not I will be able to make it out of my parking spot. All of the amenities are plentiful and the shuttle goes downtown so you don’t have to drive! The apartments (mine at least) is spacious and cozy. The residents are quiet and the area is quiet too. I could go on and on but it’s amazing thus far. I just wish they had at least one or two more elevators in the buildings. It would make it more convenient and cut down wait times.

While we would have preferred to move out sooner due to a number of ongoing issues, various factors contributed to the length of our stay. Security Concern: The maintenance team mistakenly unlocked our apartment without our consent. They quickly realized it was the wrong unit and left, but failed to lock the door.
