I've been here since 2020 don't trust any reviews that are more than three months old! I have seen a lot of changes because we change management very frequently. I will only leave a one star or a five star review. This latest management started about three months ago, I believe they're the worst yet. They have been rude and disrespectful unprompted. They have been making many repairs, none of them necessary and none of them with provided notices. It took them a good month to go into a vacant apartment to stop the alarm from chirping despite being told several times where the apartment was and that there was a problem that was keeping people up and making animals anxious. Cushman and Wakefield just took over and the new office manager is unprofessional not a good look for a property that already is failing its residents. Called me and notified me im going to go to court for non payment. Told her I've never been late and I need cooperation number and she refused to give me it and said I was rude and yelled at her 😆 the women called with lack of info threatening to file court and then refused to give the number to her uppers. Was very rude and now lying saying I was mean cause I asked for cooperation number. Customer service is trash all ready with this new manager. 🙄 mad cause she called accusing me then said oh sorry jade the last manager didnt let her know. Unacceptable. Beware cause the office staff is very unprofessional and will attack you when they fee

Just wanted to acknowledge Property Manager Nikki for my sister Ruth Harp. She has been having difficulty with writing her own review, so this has been done on her behalf. Nikki is very personable and knowledgeable about your property and its offerings. I was present with my sister when her tour was conducted and really appreciate how courteous and thorough Nikki was with us. Thanks to Nikki and her attention to details my Sister Ruth has decided to pursue her residency with your property. Please extend our Thanks and recognize Nikki for all of her efforts.

A very safe and peaceful place with a hint of nature around the property, you can see rabbits, squirrels and a lot of birds. No noisy at all! My neighbors are super friendly and helpful. There is a trail very close to the property where you can go for a run, or a hike and the general stores are close by. The Property Managment holds this place very clean and takes care immediately on any issues you address, especially Rachael the Property Manager gives this place a lot of love and warmness. Overall, I feel this is a unique place in Henderson and I'm very lucky to got a unit in here! Ricardo

Brenda and Nathan are top noch. As soon as I request some maintenance issue they resolve the problem (basicly) within 24 hours. Cannot ask for better Service. Thank yöu!
