The Pines

To the pines it been a very great staying at the pines I want to say thanks accepted my application and giving me a place to stay when I needed it and I like to have a exercise place so when I get a little warm, I will be working out in the gym and you’ll have a pool for the summertime. I just wanna say I appreciate everything. By the way The office staff they are very, very nice and I’ve been living here not that long. I say just a couple months and it’s been nice.

I have lived here for a full 13 months and just transferred to a larger apartment in the same complex. Since the beginning, office staff and property manager have been incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. My transfer to a different apartment was basically flawless and they made it very simple. Maintenance requests have been dealt with within 1-3 days however I only had 2 over the course of a year. Apartments and appliances are older, these buildings were built 40-50 years ago, however the two I have lived in have been kept very well, carpet, walls, appliances, etc. I have zero actual complaints and rent is affordable, location is good.

I am greatly grateful to Quay and her exceptional customer service and how I was treated. She understood the assignment and mines and executed it flawlessly. Thank you Quay for all your help and understanding. Sabrina Davenport

Kim and Quay were always incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable anytime I’ve had to speak with them. The same goes for the maintenance staff! I truly enjoyed living in this quiet community.
