The Phoenix Reno

I’ve been living at the Phoenix Reno for about 7-8 months now & I love it! The staff is so accommodating and friendly, they actually care about every single person as a tenant. I live comfortably right by the pool, the property is always clean and I never have issues with noise from any other tenants. they have amazing amenities that they offer. Not only a 24 hour gym but a private mail room, a fancy tanning bed, and I get to clean my dog at the pet spa that’s 24 hours any time I’d like. There on staff maintenance team is always around the clock fast and friendly plus they are super accommodating after hours as well. Thanks phoenix for making me feel welcomed.

I was a resident there for 2 years almost 3 and I enjoyed living there. The staff was very attentive and the new manager Laura is wonderful and helpful and always pleasant to talk to of anything going on with the property. Also the staff that are there now are a great team and communication is on point. Kenzie is also an angel sent from heaven she’s always eager to help in any way. Also since Laura has come aboard she has made great changes and the property even looks better. And lots of fun festivities they been providing for the residents to engage in and the pet friendly upgrades are awesome. I’m going to miss this property due to me moving out of state but I will come back and choose the Phoenix Reno when I return. And I definitely recommend this property!!!!

Ramona and team have been excellent the whole time during the moving process. I moved from Alabama and they extremely helpful. I highly recommend this community if you’re looking to come to Reno.

Mona was so welcoming and had everything processed so fast for my application. I had a date for my move in by the next day and every question was answered patiently. Kenzie was super helpful too with my renters insurance updates and took care of any confusion I had. This was one of my most abrupt moves to date and the Phoenix staff made it pain free after getting the run around with other apt complex agencies. Thank you Mona and everyone in office.

The move in process was the easiest possible! Ramona and Laura were super amazing and helpful. Very welcoming staff, amazing amenities and a super convenient spot! Its definitely hard to find something affordable and nice, this is the place to go to!
