This is truly an amazing place. Gracious, concierge-managed lobby with terrific amenities, including a lounge with pool table, bar for parties and small groups, poker table and tv's. It also has a pool, work-out room and spa and right on the St. John's River with great views of downtown and Jaguar stadium. Worked with Fraser Bolwell of the Fred Miller Group on renting. He was terrific! Very professional and attentive to details. AND he produced results! I'd highly recommend him and The Peninsula.

Signed, sealed, delivered! A friend told me to contact Fraser just to get an idea of the lay of the land at a condo property. I knew I loved the place but didn't really know what I wanted. Fraser Made the rest of the magic happen! He showed me several places as I honed in on my ideas. Finally finding the most perfectly suited floor plan WITH A VIEW! He then proceeded to walk my amateur self through the entire processor making an offer, getting it inspected, coordinating with the seller AND the lender. And BUYING my dream. I felt like I was in such good hands - both my investment and my vision was safe. He encouraged me when I was doubting myself and applauding me when I pulled the trigger. And now he is a great friend who I think everyone should work with!
