Maintenance is amazing! I've 3 minor issues that I would not classify as emergencies at all, and the team has gotten to our apartment within the say the request for service was written and has been able to solve our issues within a business day. Amazing work! It makes living here stress-free! Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience living at The Pearl. Everything was always smooth and enjoyable. The maintenance team is excellent they were always quick to respond and very helpful with anything I needed. The leasing office staff were also incredibly kind, understanding, and always willing to assist. It’s a peaceful community in the best location, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live. Without a doubt, I would live here again!

i will say this place is very nice and i was so excited to hopefully live here. during the application process we found out we had to get a $100,000 liability for renters insurance. (this was our first time renting an apartment so we did not know we needed it) they didn’t even mention it a little bit. Infact if i never pointed it out and asked what it was we would have went in blindly and would have never known about it. this is a big deal because if you don’t go through a 3rd party you will be paying about $200 a month on top of the other of fees + rent for the renters insurance. I had issues with my gas stove, Koan the maintenance manager and his partner came in quickly got the issue resolved. They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would like to give a shout out to the maintenance team at this place. They are absolute Rockstars.
