UPDATE: I’ve lived here for 3 years now, and I want to specifically shout out our Property Manager, Christina Adams. She is truly the best - She is always professional and replies to every inquiry promptly and with a friendly attitude. She makes living here so much easier. It’s rare to find someone so helpful who genuinely cares about the resident experience Highly recommend her specifically! Original review: The apartments feel and look like like a high rise luxury apartment, with exceptional customer service and a great concierge! I looked at other apartments and The Pearl was above all the places in the area and where I feel the safest. I highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and beautiful new apartment.

The Pearl is a great building that offers a great community. No building is perfect but when issues occur, management responds quickly & is supportive. The building is also invovled in community initiatives, which provide opportunities for residence to get invovled. Also, management always shows out for the holidays & with special events.

I really wanna enjoy this building because I really have since moving in, but this is absolutely ridiculous that I have experienced over 6 different times my power going out of nowhere. I only been here for a year and it very annoying! I cannot even make breakfast this morning because nothing has power so now I have to spend unnecessary money to eat! I love the concierge, my space but this has gotten out of control. To the point this needs to be addressed to the residents if there is a problem with the building power services.

I have lived in this building for over five years, and while it’s easy to see how beautiful the property is, one of the biggest reasons I’ve chosen to stay is the incredible staff. The concierges (especially Missy) and the maintenance and facilities teams work tirelessly to ensure the building is clean, safe, and running smoothly, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work. Among all these wonderful team members, Christina, our assistant property manager, truly stands out. She recently helped me with a move, and thanks to her support the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Christina is always the first person I turn to whenever I need something, big or small. I have lived at the Pearl for over 7 years. The amenities are beautiful and the building is well maintained. The assistant manager, Christina is great. She is very responsive to any requests I have had. She is great to work with and very welcoming. I have been extremely satisfied with living at the Pearl.
