The Pearl at Founders Square

The five stars are a direct reflection of how Ashley handled my move in at The Pearl, Naples. From the application process went to without a hitch. Ashley showed me the property and had answers for all of my questions. She took her time, was friendly and maintained professionalism. She went through the information packet with me. Once i moved in she immediately addressed an issue and took care of it right away. That told me that she truly cares about the residents. The world needs more people like Ashley. Thank you😊

We absolutely love this place! The buildings are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the overall community feels welcoming and well-maintained. The staff truly make it special—Liza, Magbelis, and Lesther have been incredibly helpful, always attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable and supported. Their friendliness and professionalism really set this place apart. We couldn’t be happier to be here!

We have loved living at the Pearl. The apartments are beautiful with appealing finishes and nice, large spaces. The open floor plan and nice sized kitchen have been wonderful for our family and also for entertaining. With two pools, a demo kitchen, a fantastic gym, yoga room, coffee bar, and more, the amenities are to die for. The maintenance engineers are also very talented and responsive. Any issues we had were addressed very promptly. You will love living at the Pearl.

Ever since we moved to The Pearl, Marbelis and Lesther have been absolutely amazing. Lesther is always incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are fully taken care of. Marbelis keeps the clubhouse and amenities spotless — everything is always welcoming and beautifully maintained. They truly represent what hospitality should look like, and they genuinely make a difference in our experience here. The only area I would love to see improve is kid-friendly spaces. While this community is wonderful for pets — even offering an off-leash dog park — there aren’t many dedicated areas or activities for children. Other luxury communities often include small playgrounds, kids’ spaces, or monthly activities, and it would be great to see something similar added he

Liza is Great! Move in process was smooth and quick! Amenities are great including the Starbucks machine! Very quiet and pet friendly! Close to everything you need in walking distance! Great place overall!
