The Peabody Collection

I am a new resident at Peabody Collection. I just moved into Gayoso house. I really like it. I'm excited to be a part of this wonderful community! It is beautiful building & I love it. I'm going to walk around and explore this weekend. I'm know I'm going to enjoy living here. It is a short walk to work & an even shorter drive. The staff is amazing & has been very supportive & helpful.

I live in Pembroke Square and though I have only been here for a few months I love it. The view from the rooftop is unequivocally the best in the city. The leasing and maintenance team are also amazing and very responsive. The community events are really fun as well. I recommend!

I got a job in Memphis and I was a little nervous about the move. However, the Peabody Collection made everything so much better. I feel safe living downtown with around-the clock security and still getting to be apart of lovely downtown Memphis. Maintenance is always quick and timely. And the team continues to improve the space! I’m most excited about the upcoming project for a community library spot personally. I cannot recommend it enough!

My experience Pem Broke has been nothing less than pure perfection! Everyone that I have crossed paths with has been made my move in move smoothly from the office staff to the neighbors! I thank God for placing such people in my life! Jerica I must that you did your thing girlllllll❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love living here!! I moved in about a year ago and it’s been nothing but wonderful, living so close to everything downtown has been so fun for just going out, the leasing agents in the office are all wonderful, Sydney always helps me out when I’ve got any issues and makes me feel valued, renewing my lease when it’s time!
