We called Mike Oakes to meet with us to possibly list our home in Deep Creek. We had planned to talk go a couple agents but about 15 minutes into talking with Mike we could tell that he knew the market very well and had done a thorough search of comparable homes (listed and sold). Mike suggested a list price, we asked to list at a little more, which we did. In the end it sold for exactly the price Mike recommended initially. In fall of 2025 we learned of an opportunity to purchase a spec home we fell in love with, in a neighborhood we had been eyeing. We thought we had until summer of 2026 to get things in order.
