The Patrician

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I love living here! The location is amazing- right next to whole foods, convenience stores, king soopers, ace hardware, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Cheesman Park is only two or three blocks east, and walking through the park and the surrounding residential neighborhood has been one of the best joys of living here. Beautiful old houses line the streets of the neighborhood and little libraries are everywhere. Truly this is one of the best places I've ever lived in. With any apartment building, sometimes mail delivery is unorganized, but nothing has ever been stolen to my knowledge. The laundry room could use a few more machines, but I've never had any problems with getting my laundry done. Coinless laundry, package room, garage

Cool mid-century modern type building in a good location next to Whole foods. Apartments are a little dated, but pretty large. Indoor parking is a big plus.

The Patrician is a great place to live. Although I do have cons about the building, the pros definitely outweigh them. Pros: - The location!!!!! - walking distance from coffee shops, multiple grocery store, bars, resturants, nice neighborhoods, and the park! - the courtyard is a great hangout place - we have a corner place with a balcony and it has nice views - the security system in the ally - they have a system that beeps at people that stay in the ally - although it can be annoying, I feel safer with it (it actually works) - we live right above the alarm and the sound isn't bad - the prices are very reasonable for the area: you get what you pay for though, no crazy nice amenities, but definitely has the necessities - they allow pets in the building - the apartments have nice storage

This reflection is directly linked to Cornerstone, so hopefully it will help them navigate being a better company and in turn help this property. Pros: Updated entry systems with an app and key fobs. Cleaning crew to vacuum and clean shared spaces. Fixtures in this apartment are installed properly and all attractive enough. Location! Walkable to groceries, bike-able to anything else (11th going west has bike lanes), on a bus line. Once declared an emergency, Don came and addressed my work-order. He was professional and friendly. After living at The Patrician for almost a year, I can say that I am both sad and glad to leave. Pros: - Location (Super close to King Soopers, restaurants, bus stops, Cheesman Park, etc.) - Size (The apartment itself is a good size and the bedrooms easily fit queen size beds and more- however, the walls are CRAZY thin) - Outdoor space (if you're lucky enough to get a unit with a balcony, the views are great. The courtyard with bbqs and a fire pit are also pretty nice) Cons: - Safety: Both of my bikes were stolen on the same day, from two separate locations within the building. One was locked with a U-lock out in the garage and the other was in the secure bike storage room.
