The Paseos at Magnolia Luxury Apartment Homes

It's unfortunate because this could have easily been a 5-star review. We lived here for almost a year. The application process was smooth and convenient. Simon gave us a tour, and Shirley (apologies if I misspelled her name) helped onboard us with the application. Both were outstanding in their roles, and we were impressed with the excellent customer service. While the apartment was a bit older to be labeled as 'luxury,' it was still a very nice place, and we enjoyed our time there. We especially liked the building layout, with only three apartments per floor, which meant we rarely heard foot traffic. Since it wasn't a walk-through hallway and the walls and windows were well-insulated, the noise was minimal. The community was also generally well-maintained. We only had minor issues like a

Lived at these apartments since 2018, seen a lot of ups and downs with management. I must say, as of November 2025, this is by far the BEST management team this place has ever seen!! Ask for Damian, that man is a big part of the revival here and has made the paseos feel like a shopping center with all the new food trucks, events, ect he’s put together. AMAZING APARTMENTS!!!

I am not yet a resident, but the awesome tour received by Kierra (spelling) and meeting Damien was a blessed experience. I pray that I can and can't wait to become a resident at this clean and very inviting complex.

My fiancée and I recently decided it was time to move and get our own place, and this was the first time for both of us. Simon made the entire process incredibly easy and comfortable. He guided us through every single step, answering all our questions and always being available whenever we called. Our apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures, with a newly updated sink and brand-new appliances. The property grounds were well maintained and always looked great. Overall, Simon has been an invaluable help throughout the entire process, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I searched for a while for the perfect apartment that would fit our families needs. We have a son with autism and it was extremely important for us that we find certain accommodations… when I tell you, as soon as we saw the apartment we will now call HOME, we fell in love. We cancelled the remaining tours we had scheduled. Sherrie Mares did an outstanding job introducing us to the unit, she was so informative, honest and overall a joy. Her dedication to helping us through the approval process was honestly refreshing as you don’t even have human contact with most tours anymore. Once approved, she was just as happy as us, reassuring us that we made the right decision in choosing Paseos At Magnolia.
