The Parks at Fig Garden Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years and have never had an issue. Yes unfortunately things have happened here that are out of management control. Anytime I've had an issue it has been resolved, a few times it make take a bit of time and persistence but its been resolved. I'm seeing these Google reviews and are floored. Any and everytime I go into the office and bring up any issue with management they have been nothing but help especially Ashley. I saw a review on here upset that Ashley says " If I do it for you I have to do it for everyone"......um yea, that's called being fair. No special treatment for anyone. I dont know what experience these ppl had with Ashlie but she was always cool with me. I lived there for almost 2 years and she always was cool to me and my babies. Only thing I do need to say is that they always seemed Hella busy and it kinda took a couple of calls for them to answer the phone, every single time I would go in and pay my rent I would only see Ashlie and 1 other office person in there, like come on for that big of a property only 2 office workers.

We're to begin first off management JORDAN AND ASHLEE are the most unprofessional, sarcastic, snobby, disrespectful, racist, rudest people I have meet Jordan is weird the way he stares at you and makes you feel uncomfortable. Management here is by far the worst residents are constantly being harassed by management for reason out of our control management sends notices and threatens residents of being evicted for late payments outstanding balances . fees are always getting added to our account without explaination. Jordan keeps harassing residents myself included. Management continues to make false allegations that residents are selling drugs to minors or accusing residents of commiting crimes. Don't move here save ur self the headache and personal safety. Beware of Ashlee solchiz community manager who will only use one phrase for everything ( IF I Do it for you I have to do it for everyone) don't be expecting anything more from her other then her one phrase. Expect to be talked to like trash and be given excuse after excuse . If ur expecting hot water then boy ur wrong. If ur expecting to see her on the grounds not happening. If ur expecting repairs lol try again. If u get something stolen on ur porch all they will say is cameras don't face hallways. If ur needing to wash use at ur own risk. I've had 2 Expensive Scooters stolen as well as a Mobility scooter . Sadly the Cameras that are in the area I live are not faced towards my steps where my Locked and chained Scooters were stolen. An told I can't have a camera by my door faced towards my steps. ??? I have a disability to where I can't stand for to long. So when my things were stolen , unfortunately I had to resort going back to my Walker. Now, Great fully I was able to save for a Scooter. Hopefully this one won't get stolen locked up for no more than 10 minutes to use the Restroom. Lol 👀
