The Parker Myrtle Beach

I am currently in the process of moving and wasn’t sure where I would go. After some research and a very enjoyable walk thru tour, I’m beyond excited to call The Parker Residence my home. The property manager Kimberly has gone above and beyond to help make the move in process easy, efficient, and honestly an overall delight. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and exactly what I was looking for. The amenities were amazing as well as the customer service. I highly recommend this area to anyone who is looking for a cute quiet place to live. They are pet friendly and very accommodating. Overall best customer service and interaction process I’ve ever experienced. I’m very excited to live here (:

I have nothing but good things to say about the Parker and the team that keeps it a great place to live. I recently moved out after 2.5 years, only due to moving into a house, and had nothing but pleasant experiences. They handle any problems promptly, keep the area clean and friendly, and are easy to get into contact with. I would recommend the Parker to anyone that is interested in a nice, clean apartment complex in a great location.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2.5 years and it has been an amazing experience. The staff, especially Kayla, have been so nice, helpful, and accommodating for anything or any questions I have had. The amenities are great here, as well as the location. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone searching for an apartment to live in!

Michael, I work with Lux Pools. I went today to get a quote about cleaning the sand filter and very rarely. Do you see a maintenance man and have such a grab and hold on the pool being clean neat chemicals nice no algae coming or growing especially this time of year so from one professional if you’re looking to rent a property know that that pool is perfect for you or your children swimming very impressive like I said it’s very rare to see the maintenance man And management or the ladies in the office to have the pool in such good condition!!
