The Park @ Live Oak Apartments

’m about to move in and my experience so far has been great! The leasing staff has been very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. They made everything simple and answered all my questions, which made the application and approval process very smooth. The community looks clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. I’m really excited to move in and start living here. Based on my experience so far, I’m very happy with my decision!

Pretty good apartment complex. I’ve been here for a few years and through the entire time I’ve been here it has good. The staff is great, very helpful. Theresa is very punctual at helping when an email is sent, she will help with anything and normally answers very quickly. Julian is great too, he is punctual on the work orders/maintenance calls. If he doesn’t fix whatever with in the first day he will the next. Safe environment as well. Security on site over night. Great for place for a temporary lease or long term

I have lived here for 7 years. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a great place to live. I walk my dog early in the morning and feel completely safe. Theresa is easy to work with. Julian responds to maintenance requests the same day. He is very helpful. Wences is back and does great things for the community. Welcome back!

We’ve been living here for about 3 years going on 4 and I have no complaints. Julian is on top of it and Theresa knows her stuff my family and I have seen her on property late evenings at times walking the complex walking checking things and you can tell she truly cares for this place. Her and Julian are the reasons why we renew every year because they make this place better. Also I saw a review about security and I must agree 100% they’re great I have gotten stopped by them at he gate to verify I live here and though sometimes it can be annoying haha at least I know they don’t just let anyone in. 100% recommend this place and it’s true they do give $400 for referals I’ve gotten mine !! 😊 my uncle and his wife moved in.

I’ve been here a little over 2 years now. NO PROBLEMS AND THEY MAKE SURE ITS SAFE! That’s the key in Houston! I’m grateful for everything they do while I’ve been personally rebuilding myself here. Julian is like Superman around here handling any maintenance needs quickly. I’m grateful for Theresa and Wences taking care of whatever I need as well. Thank you.
