The Park

I want to say thank you to the staff at The Park Apartments. I have been trying to get an apartment for a couple years. I was so happy when last year August 30th. I moved in. Anna, Tiffany, Kim, Steve and Will were so professional and helpful while I lived there. They were kind to me always. I thank you so much. I loved having some parties in the club house a couple times and I loved my apartment. I appreciated how affordable it was and it was quiet and I felt safe. I have told many friends about the apartments also. Great location. My two bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend to live here at the Park apartments you are treated very well.

They charged us $860+ after the deposit for the carpet that was already ragged claiming it was new. They lie, then they don't contact you, and the collection agency doesn't call you, they go straight to lawsuit. I think this is criminal using the laws loopholes like this. It's not the first Property management to do this. TAKE VIDEOS OF YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN and save a backup. I offered to make payments when I found out and they only want to sue.

Lazy, bad business. My girlfriend and I applied for an apartment in Feb. 2022, $60 for two applicants. Told I would be refunded if I find another apartment. We found another apartment in June and called about the refund mentioning I still had the receipt. They said they would get back to me about finding the documentation of it. Weeks go by, and no call. Then I come in and ask for my refund with my receipt, and they say they will call me about the refund. Still have not received a call about my refund to this day, but we still receive calls about available units.

Good overall unit but when something needs to be fixed, it takes way too long. (Our water heater has been broken for about 2 years now)

Helpful and nice staff. Clean, quiet, and a very spacious closet. I love it here.
