The Park at Topaz Tuscana Apartment Homes

I just moved here and I highly regret it . Raccoons everywhere , mice’s running all around . The paint in the apartments is horrible .oh and that $500 off first month rent is a lie I can’t wait until my lease is up .

This place has been the worst I’ve ever lived, between the gun shots outside my window at 3 am, the employees, everything is roach infested.and having to pay to do my laundry. I couldn’t live there anymore, especially with the price point, Linda is rude. Then they fired the one good office lady they had, Keke, she helped so much & was so friendly. Her not working there anymore is a big contributing factor on why I didn’t resign, then it just gets slapped with a different pain color but the inside is still terrible, nothing ever worked, they had the gym closed for months saying they were making it better but IT LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME, there are places 10 times better at the same price point where I can actually wash my clothes whenever I please, without having to worry about anyone touchin

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the pool area and the clubhouse is so zen!

Stopped by to get information on renting an apartment. The hours say from 10-5pm. Arrived at 4:12pm to a locked door. The lady who was on site came to the door & informed me she was in the middle of lunch. I proceeded to ask information about a 1 bedroom. She said one moment, came back with information on the apartment and handed it to me while we're still at the door. I asked if I could get a quick tour of the apartment and she said the model house is closed down for the rest of the day since they close at 5pm. I asked is it appointment and she said "no," I can come back Monday, Wednesday... I said thank you and left. Just by the interaction, I wouldn't care if the rent was 2.50 cents. If the agent who represents the complex couldn't even make time for a showing to fill a vacancy because
