The Park at Sorrento

I moved in to this complex, when it was Mirador at woodside. When Maria managed the place. Unfortunately my town house got flooded 953. I believe the communication goes 2 ways. Everyone in this location, staff and management gave me respect. The only thing that I can maybe say something about is maybe the rent hike every year, but it is as the market rises or drops. If I had the opportunity would love to move back there again!!

I will start off by saying that My fist impressions was good, the management was overall nice and the apt are spacious, with that being said. I moved into my first apt and sadly had to be relocated, do to the roach infestation. My next apt was not so good. 1st the carpet was not cleaned and previous tenant had dogs. there was a hole in the floor that had it not been for the carpet, we would have landed on our faces a few times as much as we tripped over it; do to where it was located, it took them almost 4 months to get it fixed and a few phone calls, once they fixed the hole on the floor, they left the carpet lose, that if started coming apart. When I complained to the office I was told not to worry, they would replace it when I moved, HELOOO I live there know and it look horrible. My AC

This place does not deserve a single star. Management promised a unit with a washer dryer hook up but when I got there with the moving truck they said it was not available so I had to take a different apartment. They said I could come back in 3 months...as if I could just hold onto the moving truck and live inside it? I moved from out of state, they knew this. So I had to take the place. When I went inside, I saw tons of dead roaches. They said this was because the place had been cleaned and exterminated--there would be no more bugs. They had no other places for me to move into. The first night, roaches were everywhere crawling on the walls, across the carpet, in the bedrooms, kitchen, everywhere. They said well we spray on Thursdays. The only thing that I liked about this place is the acted community ! From the first day we moved in had an pest problem told them nothing was done *old management then 8 months in we get a change in management and every thing is ten times WORSE. My sister gets a sticker on her car about it being towed because of her needing to renew her tag, when I go to the office to ask about it basically was told its part of the lease to have cars up to date or in good running shape. So if something is wrong with my car and I want my car to stay at the place I live there is a chance that my car could be towed because of car issues ! On what planet or to make it worse if I get a flat tire and my car is in the parking lot it could be towed because the look of the apartments are what's important but not

Horrible place to live!!!!! Not only did I have to throw out almost everything that I owned because of the infestation of roaches but they charged me to have the carpets cleaned when I moved out!! Carpets looked the way they looked when I moved in actually they looked better. No matter how many times I complained about the roaches they never did anything about it. In all the times I complained they only sprayed once and I complained a handful of times. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get infested with roaches. This apartment doesn't even deserve one star and it's definitely not worth the money.
