The Park at Salisbury

Update: I love the new Management Company they are doing so much for the complex ! I will be renewing my lease for another 15 month ! I have lived at The Park at Salisbury for years and have had nothing but an amazing experience. The office staff is prompt to fixing any of the issues we address , and are always extremely friendly to my husband and I. The landscape is captivating with the hill , valleys, and endless acreage. We plan on continuing to live here for many years to come , and haven’t found any other places like this one. We have no issues with bugs, maintenance, or parking at all which is a huge plus for me. I would recommend this complex to anyone that asked.

I’ve been a resident since 2018 and experienced the management styles of three different companies. The original owner was above average but sold the community to a property manager that was awful. This past year Coastal Ridge became the new owner and is the reason for this review. Coastal Ridge kept the outstanding management team and empowered them to create an exceptional place to live. Their vision of a true community coupled with staff talented and dedicated to make that a reality has made a huge impact on every aspect of our daily lives. The entire team is excellent but have to give a shout out to Emily, Becky, and Victor. They and their colleagues genuinely care about the entire community and have made it a joy to live in once again. Managing a large community like Park at Salisbury

My husband and I lived at The Park at Salisbury for 2.5 years, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! Management (Emily and all of the others) is wonderful. They care about maintaining the complex and always planned something fun for residents. It is a beautiful area with awesome amenities too. The maintenance team always responded promptly and were always very friendly. Seriously, no complaints!

The office staff are very helpful and go out of their way when I need something! Give them a raise!! — but don’t raise my rent ! Becky is a sweetheart, very professional and kind, always takes the time. Emily does a great job with everything y’all have going on, she’s a great manager!

The maintenance crew has always been responsive, polite, and helpful! George not only efficiently helped but gave tips on how to care for our sink to avoid any issues! He was also lovely to talk to which made the whole experience great
