The Park at Sagebrush Circle

Giving 3.5 overall after living her for 1 year Management is super responsive and maintenance is great! The location is perfect with the local walking trail. Plenty of families live in the complex as well. Cozy place to live for young professionals/young families! Only issues we have had is persistent bugs/spiders despite the entryway being sprayed when requested. It is gross to see pill bugs crawling up the door frame on a daily bases The overall exterior could use some work as well. The building appears dirty with persistent dead flies on the outside. It looks like the exterior has not been cleaned in a long time. The white external portion under the roof covering the door step is covered in spider webs/nests. This may be cause for the frequent spiders that we find indoors.

I’ve lived here for 9 months and have really loved it. It’s in a great neighborhood, there are miles of beautiful walking trails, a community garden, and the grounds are well maintained. The apartment itself is also nice. Any maintenance issues have always been dealt with within 24 hours, and the office staff have always been friendly and helpful. My only complaints would be that they need to power wash the outside of the buildings (by the end of summer the outside was covered in spiders and webs and all kinds of bugs) and do some more bug spraying to prevent all the pill bugs. Still, overall a dream compared to the last apartment complex I lived in!

I lived here with my wife and son for 3.5 years and it was a great experience. Apartment has plenty of space for my family and everything was fairly new. Also a great location in Ann Arbor with hiking trails and a park near by. Very quiet. I couldn’t recommend it more. Maintenance staff is also top notch, quick to fix anything and super friendly. The two cons or drawbacks are really not their fault: 1) we lost power on what felt like a regular basis. At least 9-10 times during our time there, 2-3 times for more than 24 hours. 2) the trash compactor situation isn’t ideal but some residents can’t follow the basic rules so it constantly jams up which leads to piles of trash. We even got part of our security deposit back after 3.5 year stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looki

Nice people/neighbors and employees, has a pool, has a huge yard with a playground now the rooms were nice and decent sized also maintenance are always on time to work or fix something.

0 stars!!! Don’t live here! Heat went out 2/14/25 late at night. I called “emergency” maintenance on 2/15 in the morning. Someone came out in 1.5 hours and was absolutely useless. Stating they can’t fix my heat until Monday 2/17. Received a space heater that doesn’t function correctly. No heat for 3 days in the winter. Tells you they could care less about theirs residents. Office staff onsite cannot do anything “it’s a Saturday”. “I can put in another service request.” What poor management. Not to mention this is the 2nd time my heat has stopped working in a month.
