DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Under the nice office people you meet at first. Come pre laziness. You can probably walk around this neighborhood and ask them hows the live in situations. Most will tell you not the greatest. They are quick to terminate you, but not quick to fix your stuff. You’re constantly fighting to get maintenance to come fix stuff. Mostly ac. They think charging and old out of date ac will keep going. They will put there hand in front of your vent and if it blow just a little they said it’s fix. But the AC cuts out within a couple of days after they just showed up. My dryer wasn’t working when I first got into my apartment. There was holes in my ceiling in my closet on my patio, no shower cover to the drain, dogs from the last apartment owner chewed up the curtains and they wante

what is going on here! Nobody is ever in the office anymore! Four times in past 2 months when I went to the office, it’s closed (in business hours)! time pad says they would be back by certain time, I wait even though I went half hour after the time posted there and waited in the lobby for one exact hour nobody still there! Not even the manager! Wanted to drop rent cheque today! went 2 different times today! google map says open! tried calling, no response whatsoever. Not going there again. if they need rent now, they better come collect it at my doorstep. New management sucks. Already looking at other places. good luck with this management.

Don’t move here. When I moved in here the front door knob was completely loose to the point where it was almost about to fall off and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Maintenance sucks. There’s only two people here doing maintenance for this WHOLE complex. If you put in a maintenance request, expect it to not get done for a month AT LEAST. It’s gets to a point where you have to go up to the front office and beg them to come in and even then they’ll still make you wait no matter the issue. Thankfully there’s one maintenance dude who’s always been helpful (Marlon) but he’s only one person. I’ve seen three people be replaced in the front office since moving here but I guess that’s typical. The AC units are always having problems. This apartment complex needs major updates all around.

This place sucks. Ive lived here for 6 years and it keeps getting worse. Maintenance requests will linger for a month and get closed out without being addressed. Messages are NEVER returned when you call. Ive had three toilet replacements, my shower wall caved in TWICE. The renovation last year left my apartment in worse condition. I had holes in the walls, all kitchen drawers broken, and large pieces of pant that pulled off the wall while they removed the counter. It took 7 months to get them back out to fix the damage they caused. My dishwasher broke this year and it took two months to get it fixed...Take you money somewhere else.

This apartment complex is an absolute disaster. From raccoons clawing their way into my ceiling to bats literally nesting in the roof, this place was straight out of a horror story. The level of neglect from the management and maintenance staff was unbelievable. Emergency maintenance was basically nonexistent — I had wild animals flying in and out of my ceiling and the staff treated it like it was no big deal. The air conditioning broke down constantly, and despite repeatedly reporting it to the office, they did absolutely nothing. I had to take it upon myself to hire someone to fix it — after already informing management multiple times. The miscommunication from staff was constant and frustrating. I was repeatedly given inaccurate and conflicting information, especially about their move
