The Park at Kirkstall Apartments

My husband and I stopped by to check on availability, but the office was closed despite the posted business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our calls went unanswered all day. After reading other reviews, the lack of communication and professionalism seems to be a recurring issue. I finally reached someone around 3:30 PM, but the call was taken on speakerphone with loud background conversation. When I asked if I was on speaker, she confirmed. I found this extremely unprofessional and ended the call. We dodged a bullet!!!! Thanks

I’m not for sure of her name because she didn’t give it when she answered the phone, but the black lady in that office had the worst attitude. I didn’t even get out my car

The grounds are kept up daily. Management handles maintenance requests within 24 hours. This is a nice and quiet place to live. There was no thought put into parking. If you have an apartment that's on the end be prepared to be blocked in your garage. I was late for work many times because people block my garage Management will not recognize the issue bc they live on site and no one blocks them. I have reported to them time and time again with no resolution. I moved after 2 years.

Don't know if I would be interested in moving here due to the fact that no one ever answers the phone and to me that shows lack of communication like what could you possibly be doing if I call you five times

I've been here 8 years, never had problem with management or maintenance issues they will fix stuff accordingly. Very quiet.
