The Park at Forest Oaks

The Parks at Forest Oaks has been the Best living situation for me for the last four years. I came to them when My sister was sick and we need a place right away and Leslie who was leasing and Now Manager open the doors and let us in with no problem. The Parks at Forest Oaks are Family Oriented and Management works with you and if you have issues with anything broken the Maintenance shows right up. I would definitely rent from them again

I recently moved in after being on a waiting list. Once the apartment came open of my choice, Leslie, Property manager and Carlos, Assisted Mgr stayed in contact with me daily until I moved in and always with a smile. They were all very professional and consistent with all the documents and making sure the process was smooth. I moved in a week ago and had a maintenance issue, I contacted the office and Kenny the maintenance supervisor immediately responded and my issue was resolved within 24 business hours. There is no perfect place but there are perfect maintenance teams. They are always on the grounds keeping it clean and replenished. You see maintenance driving around responding to any issues or concerns. The laundry facility is clean and machines are well maintained. My apartment

I've been living here 6+ years. Paying $200 more per month than when I moved in 2019 Electric bill is $150+ more during extreme heat or cold. Which we all know is a majority of the year. Going through financial hardship and get made to feel like I'm very much replaceable.

My sister has lived at these apartments for nearly 2 years. I’m disgusted at the way she was treated. Her AC unit began to leak back in April and flooded her hallway and partially into her living room. She called multiple times to have maintenance come fix it. It ruined some of her furniture. When they finally came, 3 months later, their “fix” was setting a fan in the hallway. They did pull the carpet back and removed the padding and then put the molded carpet back. Her AC unit also quit working so she went for months without ANY kind of air conditioning. She just moved out and it’s still not fixed! Lots of yelling and screaming profanities from neighbors, management has been told multiple times but they haven't done anything about it. Lots of small pieces of glass in the dirt as well as dog poop that's never fully cleaned up
