The Park at Blanding

I had the pleasure of touring this property with Arlinda, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the moment we met, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the community. She took the time to answer all my questions, provided helpful details about the application process, and made me feel completely comfortable during the tour. Even though I’m not planning to move until February of next year, this experience really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be back to work with Arlinda when the time comes she made a great impression, and I’m looking forward to connecting with her again!

Moved in October and had to legally terminate the lease in November. There was sewage coming from the shower drain and leaking out of the toilet and had to get a plumber to check the pipes and found that there is some parts of it missing. The owners knew about it immediately and refused to fix it. Don't believe Amanda Hall's review she was the regional manager of the place who blatantly lied to my face and said she would fix it in 2 weeks. Mind you she was aware since October 9th. This place has new owners so I hope it gets better but don't move anywhere owned by the Alexander group or prepare for the worst living experience

Horrible. Worst mistake ever moving to this dump. Moved in with the promise of them coming back thru to fix what was initially thought to be cosmetic issues. Not even 2 weeks in there was a plumbing issue. Their maintenance attempted to fix and had to contract outside help (rotorooter). Those contracted gave us the heads up on the mold cover-up issue. It took about a month to hear back from management which then said they were unaware. They sent maintenance in to take pictures and said the drywall for replacement would be in following week (week of 4th of July). Attempts were made to contact management. Fast forward to now, new management has been nothing but crap. Took 2 weeks to even say there was a chance he in management, water was turned off a few times, payment portal was not up til

This property is tucked back off the main road it’s quiet and quaint. The grounds are beautiful with lots of foliage there is plenty of yard space. Great place for kids and adults. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Maintenance works hard everyday to keep property clean.

Moved in there on March 28th Moved out April 11th. They lied to me about the real nice apartment I was moving into. They told me I will get my security deposit back of 1200.00 well 6 months later I'm still waiting. I call and leave messages they won't call me back Donna Rohrich. As of October 7th still no response 😕 😑
