I just want to shout a few people for the outstanding professionalism, prompt service and support they have given me from day one of moving in as well as the fact I only been here 3 weeks. Michelle who is a lease agent greeted me with enthusiasm and courtesy covering for her fellow associate in Nicole who eventually I ended up working with and was absolutely delightful and pleasant to deal with also. As a future tenant, they both made me feel at home that this was the right place for me to settle in at. So thank you Michelle for starting the process and thank you Nicole for finishing it. Apartments with no maintenance, full of leaks in the plumbing system. You leave for work and when you arrive you find the apartment flooded, pipes and valves burst. There's no point in going to the office to complain; they won't fix it, and you receive very poor service. They only tell you they'll come the next day, but they don't. The environment has a bad smell, a lot of mold, and cockroaches in every room. There's no point in requesting pest control because they don't do it. These videos and photos are from apartment 1506. It's been two months since maintenance was requested on the kitchen sink and nothing has been done. Today, the apartment is full of water, the floor is coming loose, and the closet carpet is flooded. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT IN THIS CONDOMINIUM. IT'S TERRIBLE. YOU'LL

Good morning, I've been living in this building for years now, and my son developed an allergy. I had to buy a carpet cleaning machine to wash his carpets regularly so he could sleep better. A few days ago, I requested a transfer to an apartment on the first floor, and there are several available, but it's never possible; there's always an obstacle. They always offer me corner apartments that aren't properly maintained. Another thing is that the maintenance only works if you go there daily, which is a nuisance. I don't mind, I pay my rent on time, but unfortunately, it's making me dissatisfied. For these reasons, many people are leaving.

Honestly, I've lived here for 4 years and I've always loved this building. The maintenance staff always come when I need them, and the management is always very polite and helpful. However, several leaks have appeared in my apartment, and I asked to change apartments. They came here and said I could change. I live near the office on the first floor. I don't like carpet because I'm allergic. I saw on the website that apartment 507 is available, and I would like to have it, but they simply won't let me. They only give me options in the corners, which are poorly maintained and dirty, or on the second or third floor, which is all carpet, even though there's one exactly like the one I live in now on the first floor. I really like this building, but this time I'm very disappointed 😥
