The Park Apartments

I’ve been living here for a year and am grateful for the welcoming staff and understanding management team. It’s the perfect place for my family of 5 and our pet dog. The neighborhood feels safe and we have enjoyed getting to know some of our neighbors also. Our kids love the pool and the gym is nice. We’ve also gone on many walks and the sports recreation center is awesome. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe apartment community.

I moved in about two months ago so far so good. I love how they have a dog park and lots of grass to walk your dogs. When it comes to issues with my apartment they have fixed with no problems Karina and Manny are great and always helpful. I love that these apartments are for families with kids crying or dogs barking you don't have to be so quiet.

I loved in here about 2 months ago primarily for the doggy accommodations and fantastic amenities without really knowing the community first. So far, the neighborhood has been extremely pleasant and the staff at the leasing office has been incredibly kind. Thank you to Manny and Karina for answering all my many questions. I’m really enjoying calling this place home.

For what you pay, it’s not worth living here. After two years, management went back on their word and raised the rent anyway. Out of a $1,000 security deposit plus a $500 pet deposit, we were only refunded $700. We were charged both a cleaning fee and a deep-cleaning fee even though the apartment was clearly cleaned, including professional truck-mounted carpet and vinyl flooring cleaning. Painting charges were also unjustified, as we never hung anything on the walls or caused wall damage. Additionally, the bathroom vanity already had mold and rotting wood that had simply been painted over, which was a pre-existing issue and not caused by us.

We moved out on Feb 4th. We cleaned the entire apartment even hire a carpet cleaning service. Property refused to do a walk thru with us then mail out a check for $257 when I had a deposit of $1000 they charge for a cleaning fee and for paint for the entire apartment we have pic and videos of the unit. My husband has been trying to get a hold of Manny and no response he is never at the office Worst customer service from management and the girls working there. We moved out because there was a mouse on our unit then the mouse moved to our neighbors apartment. It’s so sad how they screw people over. We have proof of the carpet cleaning and entire unit we will contact corporate. I do not recommend leasing at this location. Bad experience I was leasing unit 2300 D
