The Parian ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m relocating from Miami and will be spending a lot of time near Charlotte, so I did a very thorough analysis of the rental communities in Mooresville. I looked at location, amenities, common areas, layout, and overall quality of life. Mooresville really impressed me. It’s a beautiful town, smaller in scale but with everything you need, and the location is excellent. After visiting several properties, when I walked into The Parian, I honestly felt like I had arrived home. Coming from Miami, I’m used to high-end buildings with top-tier amenities. Amanda was amazing and incredibly kind — she took her time walking me through every detail of the community and made sure all of my questions were answered. The apartments are absolutely stunning, and I can’t wait to live there. Highly recommend checking it out!

The Parian is one of the most beautiful apartment communities I have ever seen! The amenities are 5 star and the entire team is among the best I’ve ever known. My experience at this apartment complex has been disappointing due to repeated maintenance issues, poor property conditions, and a lack of accountability from management. Electrical problems have been ongoing since move-in. The lights flicker throughout the apartment, and the living room breaker has tripped multiple times for no reason. When I reported this, I was told that nothing could be done without video evidence. The dryer did not dry properly from the beginning. Maintenance came out during the first couple of weeks after we moved in and told us to only use the “Normal” cycle because, according to them, the other cycles “don’t really work.” Even following that advice, the dryer still does not dry clothes completely on the first cycle.
