The Parc at Summit Apartment Homes

I had a very disappointing experience with this leasing agency. I applied for an apartment and my application was approved. However, the confirmation I received listed a different apartment number than the one I originally applied for. When I contacted the agent, I was told that I had been approved for a completely different unit — not the one mentioned in my email or application. I specifically wanted to rent the apartment I applied for, but was told that all of those units had already been rented out. If the apartment was no longer available, my application fee should have been refunded. Instead, I kept getting different explanations each time I spoke with the agent or manager. Would not suggest moving here or working with this property. I was scheduled for a tour and when I showed up, no one was at the leasing office-which looked like a tornado hit it -to provide any direction. I made two calls to the original number I booked through and received no response. I double checked my phone and email to make sure I didn't show up on the wrong date or go to the wrong address, but there was no confirmation after the original phone call anyway. I then knocked on a door next to the leasing office and a kind resident gave me a business card of the leasing manager that was provided in front of the office. We scheduled a tour a week in advance to see 3 floor plans at this property. I was in contact with someone named Max and they confirmed I’d be able to see all 3. When we arrived, the leasing office we were instructed to visit was empty. We called and were told to head to one of the apartments we could see, and that the keys would be in the mailbox. (Even though it was meant to be an agent-lead tour.) The apartment looked nothing like the updated units in the photos online. As we were looking at it, the leasing office called to tell me that the newer nicer unit was not available to see today and could be visited in a week — even though we had confirmed a tour for it. I let them know that I was no longer interested as the tour experience, in my opinion, suggests that the property is not run

I moved into Parc at Summit as one of the first residents under AION management. Kimberly (property manager) has been incredible. The units are updated and spacious. I’ve never had an issue with parking. They also recently installed a gym, dog park, grill, and outdoor fireplace. Downtown Summit is walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is the perfect place for a couple or young family.

I have lived at The Parc at Summit for just over a year now and it is a wonderful place to live. The renovated units are beautifully updated, there is a gym on site and parking is convenient. It's a great location with just a five or so minute walk to downtown Summit. Debbie Casale has been a pleasure to work with -- she is always available to answer questions or help with needs as they arise. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
