The Parc at East Fifty-First

If I could give negative, I would. noise complaints regarding our neighbor 4-5 times a week for the last several months have gone ignored. I've been referred to as confrontational when I try and get management to do anything about it. I've been woken up at 2 am or kept awake until 1 am. It's insane for what we pay here we have to put up with unresponsive management. For example, 10:30-11:00 at night, I have to hear my upstairs neighbor's washer (ever hear an uneven spin cycle through your ceiling?) and her friends showing up at ALL hours of the day and night with ZERO regard for the other people trying to sleep. Every complaint seems to make the noise and disruption of our lives worse. We've tried getting out of our lease but it's expensive! Do yourself a favor, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! The newbo

How is it that there are 134 pages in the lease, one mentioning vehicles not running being allowed in the parking lot. Yet this one has been hear going on two weeks! Seems they pick and choose which rules to enforce. I smell favoritism.

What a wonderful place to call home! The management staff is beyond helpful and made the process very easy for me. The benefits included with living here are something I’ve never experienced. I would recommend for anyone looking for the perfect escape from the Tulsa hustle with local access.

***Update to original review*** I was given the amount that rent would be...it was even written down on the brochure by Sofia...but within a few days I called back to move forward and the upped the amount and would not honor what the had already given me. In addition, everyone has to pay a fee for the gym, even if you are disabled and cannot use it, and a fee to upkeep the common areas...which should naturally be the apartments responsibility. I didn't rent here. ****** Sofia was very nice and answered most of my questions when I went to tour, then answered more via email following. She made me feel welcome! The property is nice and well kept.

I moved in back in 2023 and have really enjoyed living here. Anytime something needs fixing, the maintenance team is super quick and gets it taken care of right away. The Property Manager, DarLynn, is especially great! She’s always so kind and willing to help, and she responds to emails and calls really fast. The property is always well-kept and maintained. The pool is so nice and such a nice bonus. The gym is great too (which includes a rock wall). Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it!
