The Parc at Cherry Creek Apartments

Emailed twice for a tour never got a response I can imagine how crappy they are at their job if the can't even respond to a email

We had an issue with several electrical outlets in our apartment, and Joe came to take care of it. He did an excellent job fixing all of the outlets and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was and how it was fixed in a clear and easy way. Joe was extremely kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. You can tell he really cares about doing his job well and making sure residents feel comfortable and informed. We really appreciated his positive attitude and the quality of his work. Thank you, Joe, for such great service!

I have lived here for many years and love it. The staff is great! Sheena is a wonderful manager and has always been kind to me. The new maintenance worker, Joe, is awesome. He was very friendly and explained what was wrong and how he was fixing the water heater so that I know what to look for in the future in case it acts up again.

Pay for a newer building with sound proofing. The buildings are so old and poorly insulated. You will be so cold and incredibly hot in the summers. You will be able to hear every word your neighbor says, every cabinet they shut, walking across the room, their tv, them talking, using the bathroom, etc EVERYTHING. These buildings need complete demolishing and renovation to be sound proof. Management is not responsive to noise or any issue. Many people in management live here and have conflict of interest relationships with problem tenants. I do not understand the good reviews. I could not wait to get out of my lease and if anything will motivate you to save and buy its living here. Management is also poorly organized and a nightmare to deal with.

We had a fabulous experience at the Parc! From start to finish, the leasing team was responsive, helpful, and attentive. Our apartment was clean and rarely had maintenance issues. We loved having the option of a garage. Also, the trees and the nicely maintained landscaping around our building gave it a very homey feel!
